Plinkit was presented at the PNLA Annual Conference last week. The program description:

"Plinkit is an easy-to-use “content management system” hosted by the Oregon State Library using open source software. Plinkit enables small and medium-sized public libraries in Oregon to have a dynamic web presence by providing library information, online programming (e.g. online book discussion groups), and remote access to electronic resources (e.g. online card catalog, databases, etc). This program will discuss Plinkit features in detail and address some of the pros/cons in using open source software in public library environments."

The full presentation (in PowerPoint) is available for download here.
